RMA request for MTL GECMA Workstations

STEP 1:
To return equipment for warranty and non-warranty repair, please begin by fully completing the RMA form below.
  

Once you have submitted the form, you will receive 2 emails.

  • A confirmation email (Please check your junk email folder for the confirmation email)
  • An RMA number email (will be issued as quickly as possible)

An RMA number must be issued before we can receive your product and perform any services.  Shipping workstations to us without an RMA number will cause delays in the processing.

STEP 2:
Shipping your product after receiving your RMA:

Ship your return to the following address, ensuring that the RMA number is clearly visible on the package label and delivery note.

If you do not have adequate cardboard packaging available, we can provide proper packaging for a small fee.  Please indicate this in the "other comments" field of the RMA form.

Upon receipt of the returned goods, we will inspect them and provide a cost estimate as soon as possible.
